It’s crazy how many people tell me they never wash their face before they go to bed. At the same time they ask how they can cure their acne problem.

Now, I’m not trying to cast aspersions, but am I the only one that sees a correlation?

Washing the daily dirt off your skin will unclog your pores. remove dirt and bacteria, and allow your skin to breath and grow.

Now, almost the same amount of people tell me they never wash their face in the morning.

Really?? Ok, I used to be that person. I understand, you wake up and your skin is smooth and beautiful, you wash it and ever flaw suddenly shows it’s ugly head.

But what you don’t understand is that the vents have been blowing out all the dust and debris from your home on to your skin, the fan, the window is open. Its almost as much dirt had you been sleepwalking in Midtown Manhattan.

Maybe I’m exaggerating.

But, now your face is dirty again. coupled by the two days ago when you went to bed and didn’t wash your face and your laying down on the same pillowcase.

So, here’s the plan:

Wash your face or even shower when you get home.

He had a product that he endorsed on his show. It was a towel that was split in half, one side white that said face and one side brown that said butt. I guess so you’ll wipe your face with the face side and your butt with the butt side.

Well, when you get out of the shower, your ass should be as clean as your face!!  So whatever end of the towel should be irrelevant.

My mother has the most amazing skin.
